Terms of use
The rules of the ring. Fight fair, keep it fun, and we keep the lights on.

The short version
- The game is free to play. An account needs you to be 18, or to have a parent’s permission.
- No cheats, no bots, no harassment, no nasty names. Scores that fail our checks do not count.
- Marks are earned, Foil is bought. Both are for the game only: not money, and never cashed out.
- The game flashes on big hits. Turn on Reduce flashing if bright flashes affect you.
The deal
IMPACT FRAME (the game, this website and everything in them) is made and run by Arun Prakash in India (“we”, “us”). By playing, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, please do not play.
Who can play
- Anyone can play without an account.
- To make an account you must be 18 or over, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, who then accepts these terms for you. Nobody under 13 may make an account.
- One account per person. Keep your Google account safe: whatever is done through your account is on you.
Your in-game name
When you sign up we give you an in-game name, made from your name or your email address. You can change it once, on the Account page. It is 3 to 16 characters: the letters A to Z, digits, spaces, underscores or dashes, with at least one letter, and no two players share one. It is the name on the leaderboard, in lobbies and in our emails to you.
Your name may not be hateful, sexual, threatening or a slur, in any spelling, and may not pretend to be someone else, us included. Names are checked when they are set, and players can report one. If we reset your name for breaking this rule, we give you a new one and a free change. Doing it again counts under fair play.
The game is ours, the fun is yours
The game’s code, art, music, story, characters and name belong to us. We give you a personal, non-exclusive right to play it for your own fun, which we can take back under these terms. Stream it, record it and share clips as much as you like. Please do not copy, resell or rebuild the game itself, or pass off its art as your own.
The game is played at impactframe.app and nowhere else. Copies of it on other websites are not allowed: a copy stops working and tells us where it is running. Everything here is © 2026 Arun Prakash. All rights reserved.
The game is free, and one day some arenas may carry ads, painted in like billboards and posters on a real street. They never interrupt a fight.
Fair play
A leaderboard only means something if everyone on it earned their place. So:
- No cheats, bots, macros, modified game files or tools that play for you.
- No using bugs to farm Marks or scores. Found one? Tell us, and thank you.
- No attacking, overloading or poking at our servers, or other players’ devices.
- No harassment, hate or threats, and no names that do any of that.
We check runs and matches before they count. A result that fails the check is not added to the board and pays nothing. If you break these rules we may remove scores and rewards, reset or rename your account, or suspend or close it. For anything serious, we tell you why, and you can reply to argue your case. Seen a cheater? Write to [email protected].
Marks, Foil and gear
The game is drawn like a print, and its two currencies are named after the press. Ink leaves marks. Foil is the shiny finish stamped on top of the ink, the special-edition cover.
- Marks are earned by playing: clearing waves and winning matches. They buy most gear in the shop.
- Foil is the premium currency. You buy it with money, and it buys the premium gear. We may also give Marks or Foil as gifts, prizes or to make up for a problem.
- Gear changes how you look, never how hard you hit.
- Marks, Foil and gear are a licence to use something in the game. They are not money, not property and not yours to sell. They have no value outside the game and cannot be swapped back for money, except where the law says otherwise.
- They cannot be sold, traded or moved to another account.
- We can change prices and what is on offer in the game. We will not take away gear you already own, except under the fair play rules.
Buying Foil
When Foil goes on sale, Dodo Payments sells it to you as the merchant of record, under its own terms, and handles the payment, the receipt and the tax. Prices include tax where it applies.
Foil arrives on your account straight away, so a purchase is final once it lands. Foil we gave you for free cannot be refunded, because nothing was paid. None of this takes away any right to a refund the law gives you. If Foil never arrived, or you were charged by mistake, write to us within 30 days and we will put it right. If a payment is reversed, the Foil it bought is taken back.
Email from us
Making an account means one welcome email, addressed to your in-game name, and notices about your account or these terms when they matter. News of events only reaches you if you switch it on.
Closing an account
You can leave at any time: write to [email protected] from your account’s email. Your account is closed at once, your name leaves the leaderboard and lobbies, and the Marks, Foil and gear on it go with it. We keep a sealed copy for one year in case the law needs it, then it is erased for good, as the privacy policy explains.
We may close accounts under the fair play rules, or if we ever shut the game down, and we will give at least 30 days’ notice of a shutdown.
Changes to the game and to these terms
The game keeps changing: new fighters, balance passes, new modes, old ones retired. We may also change these terms. The date at the top always shows the current version, and we tell you before a change that matters takes effect. Playing after that means you accept it.
No guarantees
The game is made by one person and offered as it is. We work hard to keep it running, fair and free of bugs, but we cannot promise it always will be. Servers go down, devices differ, and a leaderboard can be reset to fix a problem.
If you enjoy it and want to help keep the lights on, you can buy me a coffee. It is a thank-you, not a purchase: it does not buy anything in the game.
Limits on what we owe
As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect losses, lost data or lost progress, and our total responsibility to you is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the problem. None of this limits responsibility for anything the law does not let us limit, or your rights as a consumer.
Flashing lights
Big hits flash the screen and shake the camera. A small number of people can have seizures from flashing lights, even with no history of them. If that could be you, turn on Reduce flashing in the game’s settings (it is on already if your device asks for reduced motion), and stop playing at once if you feel dizzy, see things oddly or twitch.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India decide any dispute about them. Talk to us first, though: most things are sorted out by one email. If you live somewhere whose consumer law protects you more, those protections still apply, and you can bring a claim where you live.
